Refund Policy
Clear terms, no small print games.
Eligibility
Unopened, unused items in original packaging are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Non-refundable items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened consumables — teas, gummies, capsules, powders, tonics and oils — cannot be refunded.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
